The cost of a hectare of land in the Vinnytsia region

Vinnytsia region is located on the right bank of the Dnieper River in the Podillian Upland. Area of arable land
The region occupies almost 4.5% of the territory of Ukraine. The soil is mostly podzolic (about 65%). In the northeast of the region, chernozems predominate, in the southeast and in Transnistria – podzolic soils and deep chernozems, in the central part – gray, light gray, dark gray chernozems. Over 70% of the region’s territory has been plowed.
Vinnytsia region is located within the forest-steppe zone. The fertility of the soils in the region averages 55-65 units (on a 100-point scale). In terms of gross agricultural output, the region ranks among the leading places in Ukraine. Each year, the areas under sowing of grain crops increase: buckwheat, winter wheat, sunflower, barley, millet, corn, and sugar beet.
