Instructions for publishing ads

To place an advertisement, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your personal account. If you are not registered yet, you should read the Registration instructions.
2. Click “Post an ad.” This feature is available in your personal account.
3. Please provide the cadastral number. This is necessary to obtain information about the plot from the registry, simplify the filling out of information about the property for sale, and avoid the illegal sale of non-existent property. If the cadastral number is not found in the database, please contact the relevant authority for land registration.
4. Fill in the remaining information about the plot. After providing all the necessary facts, click “Publish.”

Just wait for the moderation to be completed. After the information is verified, the listing will become available to other users. If you want to speed up the selling process or find a tenant, start advertising the property. Paid services can help with this.
