- GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. The Administration (hereinafter referred to as the Contractor/Administration) has drawn up and published this Public Agreement (Agreement/Offer) for the provision of services on the Contractor’s online portal zemi.com.ua.
1.2. By visiting the site and using the information published on it, you agree to the terms of the Agreement.
1.3. If you do not accept the terms of the Offer, you have no right to use the services of the website zemi.com.ua. The use of the portal is unacceptable if it contradicts the legislation of the country of which you are a citizen or resident, or from whose territory you entered the resource.
1.4. The Contractor reserves the right to make changes to the Agreement without prior agreement with the Users. The Administration leaves the current version of the Offer freely available on the “Privacy Policy” page. By continuing to use the services of the website after changing the terms of use, you automatically agree to the new version of the Agreement. - EXEMPTION FROM WARRANTY OBLIGATIONS
You (hereinafter referred to as the User) understand and accept the following provisions:
2.1. The information on zemi.com.ua is presented in the form in which it was published by the User. The administration does not guarantee the accuracy of the information provided, so you use the resource, realizing the risks. The Contractor is not responsible for the consequences of using the data posted on the site.
2.2. The administration cannot guarantee:
– compliance of the information with the purpose of your visit to the portal;
– uninterrupted operation of the resource;
– absence of errors in the functioning of the site.
2.3. The User who posted the information (text, graphic images, audio and video files) is responsible for it.
2.4. The Website may contain publications with links to third-party resources owned by other individuals and legal entities. The User acknowledges that the Contractor is in no way responsible for your use of these resources. This applies to the content, availability and consequences of following the link.
2.5. The administration cannot be responsible for the accuracy of the information provided on zemi.com.ua. The Contractor has the right to make changes to any materials posted on the site without notice.
2.6. The administration has the right to periodically make changes to the features and conditions of the services. The User agrees that the services may be changed without prior notice.
2.7. The Administration reserves the right to terminate the provision of services at any time on a temporary or permanent basis, and without prior notice. - RESTRICTIONS
3.1. The User agrees to read the Privacy Policy and not to use the resource to post the following types of information:
– information that violates the rights or contains insults to individuals and/or legal entities;
– false information, slander or facts that damage the reputation of individuals or organizations without having the appropriate permissions and legal aspects;
– data protected by copyright, patent, trademark and other restrictive documents owned by third parties;
– information that violates the laws of the country of which you are a citizen or resident, or from the territory of which you use the services of the resource.
3.2. The User undertakes not to commit illegal actions and manipulations aimed at:
– interfering with the operation of equipment owned by the Administration of zemi.com.ua;
– not to impose restrictions on other Users while using the portal services;
– not to harm the equipment and information stored on the Contractor’s server.
3.3. The User undertakes not to indicate false personal information in advance in the registration forms on the site. This also applies to third-party email addresses owned by other persons. - CONFIDENTIALITY
4.1. The Administration places the Privacy Policy in the public domain on the corresponding page of the portal. The document specifies the conditions under which the resource stores and uses the information entered by the User.
4.2. By agreeing to the Terms of Use, registered visitors to the site automatically accept the Privacy Policy. - FINAL PROVISIONS
5.1. None of the clauses specified in the Terms of Use may be interpreted as the establishment of agency arrangements, joint activities, personal employment or any other relationship between the User and the Administration. Only those relations are established that are expressly provided for in the Terms of Use.
5.2. The User agrees that the Administration of zemi.com.ua is not liable to him or third parties for violation of the Terms of Use by the Users. The user is responsible for the consequences of such violations and has no claims to the site.
