To start the advertising campaign, create an ad using the Instructions for Publishing Ads. Now go to the card or page of the posted item and perform the following actions:
- click “Promote”;
- choose the optimal configuration;
- make a payment for advertising services.
Important: only registered users can create ads and promote them. If you are visiting the site for the first time, create your own profile. You can find help in the Registration Guide.
Types of advertising services
Advertisements can be promoted using three methods:
- Highlighting in red. This makes the announcement more noticeable, helping to attract additional attention from potential buyers/tenants.
- Raising up. After posting, all advertisements are displayed in order: from old to new. Therefore, a standard advertisement will gradually lower its position in the listings. Daily raising up will update your advertisement, automatically boosting its place in the list.
- TOP advertisement. The service pins your announcement above all regular publications. The system is programmed so that the top listings appear first, with newer entries being listed above.
Important: Among the TOP listings, there is also a “Boost Up” function. Therefore, by ordering the 2nd and 3rd services, you automatically publish your ad in the TOP with a daily entry into the leaders.
